What's the difference between Gold and Silver Competency?
Most large IT companies have Gold Competencies as they have large teams of skilled Microsoft engineers and an important criteria for Gold is to have a larger number of engineers who have passed the Microsoft exams. The bottom line is a Silver partner still must have engineers that pass exactly the same exams as a Gold partner - but it just has less engineers in their team.
