NetCare provides IT support 7 days per week (except for Public Holidays).
Recognising that more of our clients are needing IT support during the weekend as well as weekdays, we are leveraging off the capability of our Support Team to provide remote access and telephone support on Saturdays and Sundays.
Initially the HelpDesk will be operational on the weekend from 9am to 1pm, with the intention to extend this coverage further if customers require it.
The best way to access this weekend service is to phone the HelpDesk on (02) 9114-9901, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The weekend HelpDesk team will be able to provide a range of IT support services including:
- Server outage recovery (for example, following a power cut);
- Planned server software updates (for example, firmware upgrades);
- Scheduled project monitoring (for example, Office 365 migration) ; and
- Time-critical user-level IT support.
The Extra Good News
The extra good news is that NetCare will not be charging a premium for this extended coverage -its a standard feature of both our NetCare Support Agreements.
