Organizations that provide engineers, architects, lawyers, dentists, doctors and accountants (to name a few) are heavily regulated to protect their client base from receiving sub-standard or unqualified services. However, even though the computer industry has been going for 30 or 40 years now, there still aren’t any laws in existence to protect businesses from receiving sub-standard or unqualified IT support.
Wikipedia says "The cornerstone concept is derived from the first stones set in the construction of a masonry foundation, important since all other stones will be set in reference to this stone, thus determining the position of the entire structure".

So in the absence of a formal accreditation system, NetCare HelpDesk has built the professionalism and expertise of its staff on the following cornerstones:
Qualifications - We are a Microsoft Gold Partner and every member of our Service Desk team has at least one Microsoft certification. Gold certification means we are in the top tier of Microsoft service providers worldwide and we are recognized as having attained proficency in three Solutions Competencies:
