NetCare Express provides qualified professional IT support on an as-required basis. NetCare Express “locks in” our priority support services and provides automated network connection monitoring and telephone support.

NETCARE PRO

Proactive network and server checks, with live support

NetCare Pro provides a yearly system health check, daily monitoring of backups, regular server checks, and a monthly Executive Summary report. In addition, incident resolution (up to 15 minutes per incident) is provided via remote access and/or over the telephone.

NETCARE LIVE

Proactive network, server and PC checks, with live support

NetCare Live builds upon the NetCare Pro plan to provide monitoring for all computers in your system – not just the servers. It also extends included incident support to 60 minutes per incident. In addition, full system documentation is provided and maintained, as well as an annual Traffic Light Report.

NETCARE GOLD

Support for your existing IT system for a fixed amount

NetCare Gold is designed for clients who have decided to focus on the core competencies of their business and outsource all their IT support requirements. We will keep your system in an optimal state, and if a problem does arise, our services for the resolution of that issue are fully included in your monthly investment.

NETCARE PLATINUM

All inclusive IT installation and support service, for a fixed amount

NetCare Platinum builds upon the NetCare Gold plan to also include the installation and replacement of all new hardware and agreed software as part of the fixed monthly investment. It also includes a comprehensive IT Policy document that is tailored for your business, plus quarterly Strategic Review meetings.
