All Inclusive IT Installation and Support

NetCare Platinum builds upon the NetCare Gold plan to also include the installation and replacement of all new hardware and agreed software as part of the fixed monthly investment. It also includes a comprehensive IT Policy document that is tailored for your business, plus quarterly Strategic Review meetings. NetCare Platinum best suits clients that have a strong desire to stay as productive and as competitive as possible by regularly upgrading and replacing their technology.

Support for Your Existing IT System

NetCare Gold is designed for clients who have decided to focus on the core competencies of their business and outsource all their IT support requirements to ensure maximum uptime and productivity. We will keep your current system in an optimal state, and if a problem does arise, our services for the resolution of that issue are fully included in your monthly investment. In addition, all staff are able to directly contact the NetCare HelpDesk for their day to day IT support issues.

Support for Your Essential IT Infrastructure

NetCare Essentials provides a yearly system health check, daily monitoring of backups, continuous server checks, and a monthly Executive Summary report. NetCare Essentials focuses on keeping your essential IT infrastructure up and running – specifically your servers(s) and your internet connections. It best suits clients who have an IT champion on staff to look after most of the day to day issues that arise at the user level.

Proactive network and server checks, as well as patch management

NetCare Monitor provides a yearly system health check, daily monitoring of backups, regular server checks, and a monthly Executive Summary report. In addition, system level incident resolution (up to 15 minutes per incident) is provided via remote access. All Windows computers covered are also kept secure and optimized with the latest Microsoft updates.

Professional IT Support on an as-required basis

NetCare Express provides qualified professional IT support on an as-required basis. It “locks in” our priority support services and provides monitoring of essential equipment along with a monthly summary report and an annual strategic review.
