We have been using NetCare's services since 2009 when we commissioned them to replace our main server and most of our PCs. Since that time we have been on the NetCare Monitor plan which suits us perfectly.

We can look after most day to day IT tasks ourselves, but it’s great to know that we have the team at NetCare to fall back on when we have more in-depth technical requirements. As a 7 day a week retail operation we need our IT systems to be running reliably and optimally all the time and NetCare have always delivered on their promise to achieve that.
